JOB SUMMARY:

To ensure that product processed from metal stamping punch presses meet the specifications of the customer.

• REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND BASIC SKILL LEVELS:
• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• High School education or equivalent.

• Experience working a manufacturing environment a plus.

• Strong industrial math skills and attention to details.
• Ability to learn tasks, and follow directions, including use of measurement equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Successful completion of Pre-Employment physical.

• Regular and predictable attendance required.

Class C Operator

• Operate manual part in part out mechanical stamping punch presses.
• Review shop orders, work instructions, blueprints, and inspection records in order to produce quality parts.
• Examine and measure product to verify conformance to specifications using measurement equipment as specified on inspection records.
• Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system.
• Support the commitment to a safe work environment as stated in the safety vision
